KES Indigenous Plant Nursery is open once again!

Gully News photographer Barbara Oehring visited the nursery to buy spring plants. Knox Environment Society volunteers Shirley and Erica were happy to advise and to pose for a Gully News photograph.

Throughout lockdown, essential staff have been allowed on site for watering and care of plants so the garden is well stocked for spring purchases. Customers are welcome but safety regulations must be observed.

To assist with speedy sales and reduce contact time at the nursery, it is advisable to check out the stock list online to have an idea of what you want to purchase. For more information on local species, see the Flora of Knox database on the website: www.kes.org.au

The nursery is open Thursdays 10am – 4pm, and weekends 10am – 1pm. Please note: The bridge off Burwood Hwy is currently being rebuilt and is closed. Enter off Glenfern Rd.
