Ballet is recognized as being beneficial for footballers who gain skills in movement
and balance when they incorporate aspects of ballet into their training routines. Noelene has led sessions in Taekwondo using ballet as the basis and Pilates can also adopt ballet techniques.
For the past 24 years Noelene has taught girls and boys from 18 months of age to advanced adults to put their best foot forward and enjoy movement for the love of dance in a safe, fun, inclusive and stress free environment where everyone can shine.
There are no competitions or dance examinations. Everyone works towards a team presentation in the yearly showcase. Noelene’s dancers are serious about dancing for fun!
Students from Noelene’s classes have formed lifelong friendships. Many have continued their love of performance and a positive approach to life in careers which include managing a production company, teaching drama, myotherapy and as personal trainers.
